By accessing or using detevo's SIEM Use Case Manager ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
detevo provides a cloud-based SIEM Use Case Management platform that enables organizations to centralize, track, and manage their security use cases. The Service includes features such as live SIEM synchronization, use case tracking, MITRE ATT&CK mapping, and documentation generation.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
Access to the Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your access will be converted to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. No payment information is required to start a trial.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by detevo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend or discontinue the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, detevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
